Cancellation & Refunds

Everything we sell is a digital audio file you download. This page explains your right to cancel, when it ends, and what happens if something is wrong with your file.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged as a result of this reimbursement.

When the right of withdrawal ends early

Please read this carefully — it applies to every purchase in this shop.

Your right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if

1. you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
2. you have confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
3. we have provided you with confirmation of your consent on a durable medium.

In practice: during checkout you tick a box giving this consent. As soon as we make your audio guide available for download, your right of withdrawal is gone and the purchase is final. You will receive an email confirming this.

If you do not tick the box, you cannot complete the purchase — but your full 14-day right of withdrawal remains until the files are made available.

If something is wrong with your file

This is separate from the right of withdrawal and always applies. If your download link does not work, the file is faulty or incomplete, or you received the wrong product, contact us at aliena@aliena.info. We will fix it, send you a working file, or refund you. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by anything on this page.
